Carla came to me with a borrowed dress, asking me if I could hem it over 6 inches without cutting anything off the bottom. It was such a simple dress that I asked if she’d be willing to let me try making one. This was my very first bridal gown and even though I wish I knew then what I knew then, it’s beautiful and she was so grateful to have a dress of her own.
